	We have an ample supply of 1800 Competent Deck and Engine Officers and Proficient Ratings on continuous rotation basis. Most of our Officers and Crew are specialized, skilled and have long experience handling Bulk and Log Carriers Ship, PCC/Container, Tanker and Offshore/Drill Ships. Each applicant must pass rigid face to face interviews. As well as medical, psychological and other necessary examinations to accurately establish their overall qualifications. We take our selection process a step further by conducting thorough background checking of each selected applicant - good moral character being our top priority in the selection of a qualified crew. Also in line with our thrust towards excellence is our policy of requiring selected crew to undergo hands-on training prior to their departure. This will further upgrade their skills in accordance to the standards set by the Ship Owner or Principal. We have tie-ups with various Maritime Training Centers, fully equipped with the most modern simulator facilities to train our seafarers to further enhance their Competency and Proficiency skills. With the growing awareness to satisfy the maritime needs of ship owners and the vessels' requirements. MAUNLAD Trans, Inc., continuously upgrades our own crew under the International Safety Management (ISM) Code guidelines, Consolidated MARPOL 73/78 Convention, STCW 2010 Manila Amendment Convention, and Maritime Labour Convention 2006 (MLC2006).
